College Infrastructure
There is no permanent campus for IIIT Ranchi but the campus in which we live has all facilities hostels, mess grounds, library, computer centre and labs. Each student gets a table, bed and cupboard in hostel room. Food menu of mess is decent daily eggs are provided in the morning and non-veg dishes are provided 3days a week. Labs are fully furnished.
Academics
I am studying ECE and the quality of teaching is good. The curriculum is updated too. Also in 6th semester everyone will have optional specialization courses like Machine learning, Antena design etc.. which makes us job ready.
Placements
This year the average package of placements is between 8 to 9 lakhs. Highest package is 16 lakhs(on campus). Highest package off campus 35lakhs. Also this year some core companies like nvidia, logic fruit, synopsys also visited our campus.

Hello there,
It is hard to get admission in IIIT Rachi with 61 percent marks. Last year cut-off of IIIT Ranchi is between 47 - 92 percent for ST category. It will depend upon available seats . Although you can wait till spot round counselling. You can check the cut-off

I would advise you to choose IIIT Ranchi (CSE) from the JOSAA counselling over the other two colleges since IIIT Ranchi is superior to IIIT Dharwad in all areas, particularly the placement cell.
