The college has all necessary basic amenities required fulfilled. The hostels are all above average, and the food is just ok. The college is provided with football, cricket, volleyball, badminton, basketball, chess and etc.

I am studying B.Tech in electrical engineering course. The academics are up to the mark. The professors are all high teaching level to the level of competitive exams. And, the curriculum includes all the recent developments as well.

The placements in NIT Raipur are just amazing. More than 92 percent of students are getting placed. And the percentage is still improving. The average salary offered is twelve lakhs per annum which is very good.

Everything Is worth for a while everything is well maintained with the hostel and academic building one of the best a central government college can have.There Is greeneary all over the college campus with security 24*7.

It Has the best academics in mining engineering in india.It has equipments in mining department which none of the college have.Here We can find good qualified professors and their way of teaching and knowledge imparting is outstanding.

It Has a good placement record with most of the core companies visiting the college.Almost 80% students were placed in tough times of covid and the avaerage salary offered was 8 lpa with the highest being more than 40 lpa in the information technology sector.

My college does have the necessary infrastructure, facilities, and equipment but my department lacks a little bit behind technology like projectors and smart are not being used. The laboratories and library are well equipped in our labs there are all necessary microscopes and different rock samples. The wifi connectivity is pretty good. The living space is good and the food is also hygenic. The sport centers and hostels are also good.

I am studying M.Tech in Applied geology at NIT, Raipur. I chose geology because I like studying nature and I chose NIT, Raipur for it because of the placement facility they provide. The quality of teaching is good. The teachers are very friendly and helpful. The curriculum is not that updated because the syllabus is of 2001 and since then the syllabus has not been updated. Studying applied aspects of geology makes me job-ready.

The quality of placement is moderate. This year only till now 7 students have been placed at companies. Usually, the placement percentage goes 40% or above. The highest salary package up to 30 lakh per annum goes to the computer engineering department. The average salary offered is 10 lakh. The college is supportive of placements and therefore each department has its own training and placement officers.

The course costs 80,000 rupees per year which I think is pretty huge especially during the pandemic situation they should lessen the fee. But the study quality is good, but since now we are not going to the campus and using the facilities of labs and library, therefore, the fee should be a little less.

The college campus is good but comparatively smaller than other NIT's, a new campus is undergoing constructive which hopefully would be large. There is a lot of activity like sports, music, drama, art and craft, painting, dancing, etc. The students, teachers, and staff are supportive and encouraging. The location is Raipur, Chattisgarh. Since it is in the city it handles emergencies well.

College infrastructure is good and provide open environment for student.High speed wifi connections are avaible in whole campus and hostel.Laboratory, library, gym and sport ground are used and well maintained.There are all basic needs available in campus,but Hostels are not enough for all students.In hostel admission rank, qouta and cpi are the basic criteria.

NIT Raipur is a Government Technical Institute Founder in 1956 and oldest college amongs all NITs.It offers 4 year B.Tech degree in 11 branch (computer science,IT,Mechanical, civil,chemical, Electrical, electronic s & communication, Metallurgy,Mining,BioTech and Biomes), 3 year MCA degree, 5 year architecture ,2year M.tech and ph.d. also. There are many clubs and committee such as Technocracy,go green,nrityam,Sahyog etc for Personal Improvement and for extra curriculum activity.

In the academic year 2019-20 , 101 various companies visited for campus placement. 500 student got placement offer out of 754 eligible student and 129 went for higher studies. The Median sallery of placed graduates is ₹811000. College is supportive for all kind of help.

In session 2020-21 for B.Tech , Gen/obc students whose income is less than 1 lakh will pay ₹13000 , income between 1lakh & 5 likh will pay ₹54667 and income more than 5 lakh will pay ₹138000. Gen pH/obc PH/st/sc/ph students will pay ₹13000 only. Yours money's worth if you grab the given opportunity.

College has all basic facilities. NIT Raipur became first NIT to situate super computer in campus. All teachers are well qualified and supportive.It is situated in the capital city of chhattisgarh 8 km from the raipur railway station junction.

The college has an average infrastructure but does have a large campus. Every facility is available in college itself like hostels, restaurants, coffee shops, and cafes also. Though the hostel is based on the merit list. The college also has medical facilities inside the campus.

The academic is up to the mark. The teachers are well qualified and teach to the level of competitive exams. Also, research work is done on the college campus to increase the student's knowledge in their respective field. The college education helps a student to qualify exams like GATE, IES etc.

The placement is average and in all the branches. The non-core branches have maximum placement and companies like TATA, Wipro, etc visits the company with packages above 10 to 12 lacs per annum. The placement process is easy with the aptitude and machine test a student qualify for interview.

The fee is appreciably high as compared to other NIT's but the NIT also provide scholarship to financially back students.

A fest like cultural fest- Eclectika, Technical fest- Aavartan happens every year.

As the names says National institute of technology Raipur.our college has a good infrastructure ,our college has all the necessaries like WIFI ,projector,well maintaining classrooms,fully equiped laboratories,and has a vast library,sports area and also has college Gym.and well maintained hostels

As the name stands as National institute of technology Raipur ,the quality of teaching here is good .and am currently pursuing the course of architecture here,and the curriculum here is updated including all the developments like classrooms and also the quality of teaching

The placements here in NITRR or NIT Raipur is amazing,mostly 92 percent of students of every year are well placed in well known companies,and the percentage of placements is improving every year.the average salary offered every year is upto 12lakh per annum

As i have a category quota it costs very less for me every year.the fee structure is feasible ,it is not that expensive .all available courses at NIT raipur are affordable

Here life at NIT raipur is amazing .it gives great exposure in every aspects and has good arrangements of various clubs and events

College has all the essential infrastructure and facilities. Classrooms are spacious having projectors and smart boards. Central library is the only library at the institute. Labs are also good but are small in size. Hostels are available for both boys and girls. WiFi is available 24/7 at the campus and hostel.

I am in biotechnology engineering course. Faculties are highly qualified and well versed with their subjects of expertise. Some of them make the subjects interesting but while others may fail to do so. Curriculum is relevant as it seems to me.

Placements are also good at the institute. Although core companies do not visit the campus, students get placed in IT companies and other sectors. Average salary offered last year was around 5 lpa. Highest package was offered to CS/IT students.

Yes, our college has all the necessary infrastructure and facilities to cope with the mordern day requirements of any industry from an engineer. We have classrooms with smart learning kits in all the departments along with labs and sport centres , although the time barrier in libraries could be removed.

The quality of teaching is good with all the necessary improvisations and modifications in the courses being regularly updated. Although you can never be completely ready for a job until you step out of the college , but as far as the role of a college is concerned I believe they have done justice.

The quality of placements is extremely good with the best companies visiting our campus and recruiting a considerable number of students. The highest package offered was of 42 lpa to a student from information technology department.

With the hike in fees during our year of admission our course costs Rs.131500 per year. A student enters a college with a hope to get a good job and most importantly exposure, which I believe our institute completely fulfills.

The campus is not very good, comparing it with campuses of other NITs and IITs. There are a lot of unnecessary restrictions imposed on students. About the location, it's quite good situated in a completely safe space , near to city and all kind of markets. Hostels are not available for all the students which is a major shortcoming of the institute.

Although there are few shortcomings of the institute, but the things offered carries much more worth and the placements are so good so yes it is one of the best institutes in the country to pursue a degree of engineering.

Infrastructure is average of the NIT Raipur. Classrooms are good with facility of projectors. Laboratories are relatively small in size and cannot accommodate a good number of students. Free WiFi is available for students at the campus.

Faculties are able to make good work of their teaching experience. Students must cooperate with teachers to result into good academic background. Industrial visit is made compulsory in 2nd year. A semester has two class tests and one end sem exams.

Average salary package offered is near 5 lpa. Placements are going nice but the demerit is no core companies visit the biotechnology department. For job offers in core companies, students have to apply through outside the campus.

College has good infrastructure. Classrooms are spacious along with projectors installed. Laboratories are also good with all the apparatus and materials for metallurgy. College has a large library with a big reading room open for all students. Boys and girls hostels both have free high speed WiFi. Also have a canteen and snacks store.

Quality of teaching is on par with the best NITs. Faculties are highly qualified and have PhDs in their hold. Course curriculum seems relevant right now but I am still in 2nd year so don't have much knowledge about the careers and industry exposure.

Placements are also going good. Package is always increasing than the previous years. Average salary offered is around 4 LPA. Highest salary package offered was 32 LPA to the students of CSE/IT department. Training and Placement Office is the placement cell.
