Our college has good infrastructure,classes are full AC. There are four classroom each for every year students. Each classroom have smart board and projector. Apart from that NIT Raipur have sports facility. There is gym which contains Table Tennis room also. There are two grounds where we can play outdoor games. Separate hostel are provided for 1st year students.

I am currently enrolled in 4 year B.Tech program in Electrical Engineering. Professors are good. I want to say one thing that with the teaching of professor you can ace the college exams but for placement you have to study yourself only. Also if you are GATE minded then electrical engineering professor are well supportive towards that. Course structure is well designed so that it is student friendly. Various other subjects are provided in area towards which you are interested.

Placement at NIT Raipur is very good. Many top companies such as ADOBE, Microsoft,Adani,L&T,Tata,Mathworks, recruit students here. Placement in software area is more as comoared to core area. In Electrical department approximately 75-80% students got placed with average package of 10lpa. Placement porocedure is very easy. College is very supportive towards placement. They have appointed various faculties to monitor the process.

For 4 year B.Tech program per semester fees is approximately 70000 for general category which includes tution fees as well other institute fees. The college fees is every penny worth.

College Campus inludes two sports ground, two volleyball court, one basketball court, one handball court, Canteen, Amul Parlour, Supermarket. There are various fest which are organised by varoius clubs throughout the year, eclectika and samar being most popular one. NIT Raipur is situated in middle of city so you can have access to your daily needs easily and also for emergency AIIMS Raipur is just 4 km from the NIT Campus.

Overall you can opt for this college but you are expecting much then you will surely be disappointed. NIT campus cannot match the campuses of IIT's or some good NIT's.

Yes NIT Raipur has a good infrastructure. The campus is not very big as expected but it is fine enough to arrange good fest here. you will have 2 academic buildings and 3 hostels and also has quarters for the staff.

Academic study is also good in NIT Raipur. they will mainly focus on the old syllabus but it is you who will follow and learn new trends by side by side. As to crack good companies its our responsibility to learn all the new languages.

Placements are good as it is a nit so lots of company will visits the campus online and offline both so you will get ample amount of time and chance to qualify for the placement. I also want to say that luck also plays a vital role for placement.

Since at last you will get good placement here and comparatively fees are less here as compare to private college so it is value for money. Flat and PG are also less costlier than our states so it is value for money

Life at Raipur is awesome. If you have a great group of friends then you are going to definitely enjoy here. there are different clubs also so you can join clubs according to your interest and learn new things there.

Just work hard during your learning phase so that you can crack good product based company.

Our college has very good infrastructure with excellent facilities like advanced classrooms with smart boards, laboratories with well structured designs, cricket and football grounds for students physical health center, Greenery environment is maintained in the college surroundings.

Good teaching facilities plus the teachers are very supportive and kind, always ready to help and are highly qualified and are friendly with each other. Almost all the teachers are having PHD degree from reputed institutes.

The placements are really amazing. There is a seperate placement cell commitee who looks after all the internship and placement opportunities of the college and handles all the internship and placement interview drives in the college.

The college has all the basic infrastructures which is needed, there are food courts , cafe , dispensary,amul parlour etc.The only thing it lags in terms of infrastructure is not having sufficient hostel rooms for all the students, hence you'll be allowed hostel on the basis of your academic performances.Other than that the classrooms are well equipped and hostel room are quite good.

Almost all the teachers are having PhD degree from reputed colleges so all of them are great at their qualification credentials but not all of them teach well, so you'll have to put in efforts from your side as well.

College has good infrastructure. Classrooms are spacious along with projectors installed. Laboratories are also good with all the apparatus and materials for metallurgy. College has a large library with a big reading room open for all students. Boys and girls hostels both have free high speed Wifi. Also have a canteen and snacks store.

Quality of teaching is on par with the best NITs. Faculties are highly qualified and have PHDs in their hold. Course curriculum seems relevant right now but i am still 3rd year so don't have much knowledge about the careers and industry exposure.

Placements are also going good. Package is always increasing than the previous year. Average salary offered is around 4lpa. Highest salary offered was 32Lpa to the students of Cse/It department. Training and placement office is also student friendly.

The academic fee is quite minimal as compared to the facilities and opportunities that the college provides,the annual academic fee is 138000 which is lower from most of the other NITs as well.Even if you have monetary issues then you can avail scholarships based on your family income and your category as well.

The campus life is amazing, although we (the online batch) haven't experienced it yer but we have heard from our seniors that the fests are really amazing, especially Eclectika the cultural fest which is the largest fest in central India.

College has limited hostel facility, workshop and labs are well equipped,good wifi and lan port in each hostel room,rooms and bathroom are cleaned and hygienic, library timing is limited sports facilities are decent

I am student of Electrical branch,its best branch if you are looking for tech jobs as well as to prepare for GATE. Our curriculum also includes value education and communication skills,which helps is developing students personality

Excellent placement,9.2 lpa average for Electrical branch, minimum package is 6lpa,most students placed in tech jobs Overall college average is 10 lpa, and its increasing every year, placement cells are there to make you prepare

130000 per year is tuition fee ,approx 8 lpa which includes hostel fee also.if you are ews or sc/st students you will get heavy remission in tuition fee, its a value for money deal and worth it

100 acre college campus which is decent,many fest are organised also many clubs are there, teachers and seniors are supprting

The college has all necessary basic amenities required fulfilled. The hostels are all above average, and the food is just ok. The college is provided with football, cricket, volleyball, badminton, basketball, chess and etc.

I am studying B.Tech in electrical engineering course. The academics are up to the mark. The professors are all high teaching level to the level of competitive exams. And, the curriculum includes all the recent developments as well.

The placements in NIT Raipur are just amazing. More than 92 percent of students are getting placed. And the percentage is still improving. The average salary offered is twelve lakhs per annum which is very good.

Everything Is worth for a while everything is well maintained with the hostel and academic building one of the best a central government college can have.There Is greeneary all over the college campus with security 24*7.

It Has the best academics in mining engineering in india.It has equipments in mining department which none of the college have.Here We can find good qualified professors and their way of teaching and knowledge imparting is outstanding.

It Has a good placement record with most of the core companies visiting the college.Almost 80% students were placed in tough times of covid and the avaerage salary offered was 8 lpa with the highest being more than 40 lpa in the information technology sector.

My college does have the necessary infrastructure, facilities, and equipment but my department lacks a little bit behind technology like projectors and smart are not being used. The laboratories and library are well equipped in our labs there are all necessary microscopes and different rock samples. The wifi connectivity is pretty good. The living space is good and the food is also hygenic. The sport centers and hostels are also good.

I am studying M.Tech in Applied geology at NIT, Raipur. I chose geology because I like studying nature and I chose NIT, Raipur for it because of the placement facility they provide. The quality of teaching is good. The teachers are very friendly and helpful. The curriculum is not that updated because the syllabus is of 2001 and since then the syllabus has not been updated. Studying applied aspects of geology makes me job-ready.

The quality of placement is moderate. This year only till now 7 students have been placed at companies. Usually, the placement percentage goes 40% or above. The highest salary package up to 30 lakh per annum goes to the computer engineering department. The average salary offered is 10 lakh. The college is supportive of placements and therefore each department has its own training and placement officers.

The course costs 80,000 rupees per year which I think is pretty huge especially during the pandemic situation they should lessen the fee. But the study quality is good, but since now we are not going to the campus and using the facilities of labs and library, therefore, the fee should be a little less.

The college campus is good but comparatively smaller than other NIT's, a new campus is undergoing constructive which hopefully would be large. There is a lot of activity like sports, music, drama, art and craft, painting, dancing, etc. The students, teachers, and staff are supportive and encouraging. The location is Raipur, Chattisgarh. Since it is in the city it handles emergencies well.
