NIT Nagpur fees has to be paid online and any offline mode of payment including Demand Draft will not be entertained by the Institute. However, the fee payment in NIT Nagpur can be submitted directly to the Institute if an individual candidate has received an education loan for fee payment.
As per the provision of the government and institute, the entire tuition fee for SC/ST/PwD and candidates of the Economically Weaker Section (EWS) candidates is waived. How to Pay VNIT Nagpur Fees?
Here is a step-by-step procedure to make the fee payment in VNIT Nagpur:
Log In to https://www.onlinesbi.com/ and click on the option “SBI Collect”.
Select “SBI” to enter the SBI Bank Collect Portal.
Check for the terms and conditions and proceed with filling the form as found on the next web page.
Candidates will need to do that by selecting the State as “Maharashtra” and the type of Institution as “Educational Institutions”.
Select the name of the Institution from the drop-down menu as “Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology”
Click on “Submit” to proceed.
Now, candidates will need to carefully choose the payment type.
Note: Candidates making payments for respective categories need to select the appropriate option. This is only for reference purposes.
Candidates will now need to fill the information in the form as required and need to click “Submit” after the form is carefully filled.
Candidates will finally need to enter the SBI Login information to make the payment.
Save the E-receipt as a PDF document and a printout for future reference.

Our college has commendable infrastructure, providing students with well-equipped laboratories, spacious classrooms, and a comprehensive library. The hostel facilities meet satisfactory standards, offering decent dining options in both the mess and canteen. Hello aspirant,
Both of the above two branches in NIT Nagpur is good. It depends on your interest as well.
But, if you ask me , I would recommend you to go for mechanical branch in Nit nagpur ad it is much better branch as compared with B.tech chemical engineering and it offers better placement opportunities as compared with chemical as well.
Talking about the b.tech mechanical engineering in NIT nagpur, it offers excellent academics for students, the professors are excellent and provide better education. Besides, the students are also very helpful in VNIT Nagpur.
In Mechanical Branch, 90% of the applied students get placed. The highest Package- 14 LPA (BRAHMOS), Average Package - 6.5 LPA and the lowest Package - 4.8 LPA (Thermax).
