My college have all the necessary infrastructure .college is well equipped with facilities and have almost every instruments for learning BTech.All the classes have smart boards and wifi facility.You cannot say about food taste but it is hygienic and living of the campus is well managed.

I am studying petroleum Engineering here because of my keen intrest in fossil fuels.Teaching quality is well enough to understand each and every thing of the syallabus.curicullum is very updated and what you will be studying here will be enough to get job in PSUs.

Quality of placement is very much impressive at my college .last year from my department,100% students got placed ,majority of students got job in IT sector .average package was around 16 lpa last year .

My course cost around 260000 per year. But the quality of education and placement records makes me feel it worth paying . At last if you have a good job in your hand after course completion then paying 10-12 lacs as your fee doesn't matter.

College campus is very grenny .Lots of trees and garden are there inside campus . The worst thing about campus is ,there is no big market near campus to hang out with your friends . Teacher are very good and highly qualified, support staffs are also quite good , supportive in nature

College is very good and best for Petroleum engineering

Infrastructure is amazing and each and every facility is provided. Hospitals , Swimming pool , Labs for each subject, theatres for club activities, sports arenas for every indoor and outdoor sport, everything is well maintained and completely operating without any concern.

Rules and regulations are followed very strictly including extra classes and termination of program for defaulters. Syllabus and number of working hours are followed with full dedication and classes will be arranged for doing so.

Placements are amazing. For tech and circuital branches, the placements reach upto a median of 20 lpa and for non-circuital ,it stays around 15 lpa. The Mining and Petroleum departments are the best taught and placed here than any other institutions in the country.

The Return on Investment is amazing.

Fests , clubs and interaction are very intriguing

College have all the necessary infrastructure which a engineering college must have.In each hostel you will get LAN access.wifi establishment is also going on.there is no AC in classrooms but classrooms do have smartboards.cleanliness is something which must be appreciated in our college but as you know mess food is not your home food so food is hygienic in the mess but it's not so tasty .

Right now,i am second year computer Science and Engineering undergraduate at IIT ISM dhanbad.There is well maintained system of education and professors are very interactive with students.If you want to grab jobs in core sector ,then college studies are enough but for IT sector you will to do hardwork on your end much more.

Placements are something for which IITs are known for.so placements are pretty well .for my branch ,last year , around 94% students got placed with a decent average package of 28lpa. Other branches is also doing well .overall the placements are good at my college

My course cost around 2.6 lacs per year .yeah,I feel that it's worth paying because the type of facilities you get is impeccable.you will have access to high quality library, technologies,sports facilities etc.at last if you are getting job of 18-20 lacs on an average by spending 12 lacs in your college then according to me , it's worth paying.

College life is so chill at our college.There is a good senior -junior bonding here .There are lot of clubs at my college,which you can join and have fun there .campus is very lush green with full of trees.staffs are so well behaved.there is no entry inside campus after 10pm

I would say that choosing this college was a good decision for me .I am enjoying here and hoping to get good package at the end .

The infrastructure at IIT Indian School of Mines Dhanbad is good. The college provides all the necessary facilities and equipment required for a quality education. The laboratories are well-maintained and have state-of-the-art equipment. The library is resourceful with a wide range of books and research materials. The sports centers are also available for students to engage in physical activities . But much needed to be provided.

I am pursuing B.Tech in Electrical Engineering at IIT Indian School of Mines Dhanbad. The quality of teaching is commendable. The faculty members are knowledgeable and experienced. The curriculum is comprehensive and covers the essential aspects of the electrical engineering domain. However, there is room for improvement in terms of updating the curriculum to include the recent developments in the field so that placements in core can be increased.

Overall average placements. Many new companies visiting for placements. Around 70-80% students were placed. Highest package was 1CR and it went to CSE student as usual. Average package was around 13lakhs.

Infrastructure of iit dhanbad is very much developed and have all facilties. Two sharing rooms are given to first year students along with study table and chair. Classrooms and labs are well equipped and each classroom has smartboard.Wi-fi facililty is present in the campus.

I have completed my M.tech from IIT Dhanbad in 2019 and now i am working as a mechanical engineer in mahindra and mahindra company. Teachers helped me a lot in this journey and guided me throughout the course and because of them only i got placed in very good company.

Placements of iit dhanbad has improved very much in recent years. Average package of iit dhanbad is 16 lakhs per annum and highest package recorded was 1.4 crore per annum . 80% students from mechanical department got placed in top companies.

Ism is one of the leading institutes in india in terms of mining, geology, geophysics and petrolium study. All types of necessary things are available here. Library is very good and equiped with wide no of books.

Quality of teaching is very good. I studied geophysics. All types of necessary cirruculum with updated syllabus are available. Recent developments in the field is acquired by the committe to ensure updated knowledge.

I got placed in company from placement in Mecl. Maxim students are placed during campusing. Good companies comes for placements. Ongc, iocl, Mecl, cil comes for campusing and maximum students get placed.

Course is expensive. But worth. Hostel expense is more but food in hostel is good. Light, water, and all types of aminities are available. Students get a good joyful life. I personally think the money is worth.

College campus is good. Gym, swiming pool, cricket, voleyball can be played. Students can go outside for fun. Hostel facility is good. All types of amusement are available. Teachers also encourage. Srijan basant are also celebrated.

I have good experience in ism. Good study, good facility, good environment. I had beautiful time in ism. Beautiful campus, helpful teacher, good friends, job after course is very encouraging. I am happy that I am an alumini of ism.

College has decent infrastructure with fully furnished library and classrooms. Hostels and library are equipped with WiFi and 24*7 electricity they are well sanitised and maintained. There is one dedicated centre for all student activities called SAC(Student Activity Centre) in which every club of the college is alloted a room to carry their activities. Sports complexes are well maintained and are revamped from time to time.The living space is very clean and food is hygienic.

I am pursuing B.Tech in MME department, this department is very old and has a rich alumni base, the course curriculum is also a mix of mechanical, electronics and electrical engineering.Professors are highly qualified here holding Phd degrees from reputed institues around the globe.The course curriculum is monitored and updated regularly, to allow student to explore more several electives are being offered across different semesters. One can certainly acquire enough skills to be job ready.

Placement in the college is good. CSE department gets the highest placements both in terms of numbers and packages.80-85% students are placed, highest package offered was 90 lakh by Bloomberg, London from MNC department. Average salary offered is 8-9 lakhs. Placement is assured if one puts in enough hard work and college is supportive in providing ample opportunities for off-campus also.

Per year it costs close to 2.35 lakhs, yes i feel it is completely worth it. The amount of exposure that you get in the college is incomparable to anything, you will get ample opportunity for placement and you will also build your network with amazing and highly successful people which will help you in the long run

Campus life is pretty chill, from RD chai to main canteen you can hang out anywhere in the college with your friends. The best feature of campus is its greenary and worst feature is lack of shops in the campus. Students ,Teachers and support staff are very supporting and will help you at any moment. The location of the college is approximately 5km away from Dhanbad railway station, big bazaar and restaurants are also not too far from the college. The college is totally safe and secure.

Decent college with decent infrastructure you will enjoy your time here

The college has great infrastructure. From fully equipped laboratories, libraries to gym, badminton court, tennis court, 2 playgrounds for cricket and football. Great cafeteria and other food outlets like RD and many more. The whole campus is wifi-friendly. There are 11 hostels which accommodates UG and PG students.

I am pursuing B-Tech in Civil Engineering. The quality of teaching is good. Many workshops, fests, hackathons, etc are always in the row, to let the students understand the current advancements of technology and improve themselves.

The placements in our college are quite good, specially in recent years. Normally, average salary offered is 10-14 LPA; with the highest being 48 LPA. Placement percentage is 65-78% in recent years. With coming years, its only going to improve.

The campus is lush with greenery, beautiful buildings, parks and much more. Apart from the academic activities, the students engage into various co-curricular activities like public speaking, singing, sports, debates, poems, arts, etc with many cultural club and technical clubs to boost not just the academic life but also the social life.

It's absolutely worth it!!

Yes, IIT (ISM) Dhanbad have all the necessary infrastructure like smart classroom with proper seating arrangements whiteboard blackboard and smartboard. The best part about IIT (ISM) Dhanbad is its library...one can spend his/her whole day there. In campus you can find amul and Nescafe canteen... In campus there is gym,sports and wifi facility. It's a beautiful campus with Greenery all around.If I talk about improvement scope. There is not sufficient or required equipments for research student.

I have done my M.tech in Environmental science and engineering from IIT(ISM) Dhanbad. Faculties of my department are very knowledgeable and deliver there knowledge to the student very well. They are highly qualified. After studying from this department I was sure that I can stand by myself in the outside world and can give my input in my field.

I can say only for my self and for my department. So if I'll talk about Environment department.. then yes... No of Placement from Environment department is high. PSU's like coal india and SAIL also comes for placements. The minimum package any company can offer is 6lakh. Below this is not acceptable in ISM.

Campus Life is the best part of any college life. Every year cultural fest tech fest rock fest Basant and many more events were organised. College is located in the middle of the city. Students teachers every one was very supportive. Its a honour to be part of such reputated college.

IIT ISM Dhanbad is a fully equipped campus that has all its necessities inside the campus. It has GYM, a Swimming pool, an indoor court for badminton, an outdoor court for basketball and tennis, two large playgrounds for cricket and football, It has a cafeteria and many other food outlets so that students can get whatever they want to eat inside only.

I was pursuing the Bachelor of Technology in Electrical engineering theirs. Quality of teaching was at par with most of the top IIT colleges. Yes, the study curriculum was updated as per the requirement of society and as per new developments.

There were quite a few opportunities for students in terms of placement, most of the companies were looking for CS students but open for all so, if someone was interested in CS without being in CS can peruse the job if he has the knowledge of the same.

When I enrolled it cost me Rs. 150000 per year or around Rs. 75000 per semester but that was further increased for new enrollment to Rs.250000 per annum or Rs 125000 per semester. Yes, the quality of teaching was far better than the fee.

IIT ISM Was a closed campus college that has everything inside the same college. the best feature was the availability of all types of food and the worst was whenever I have to go outside I have to walk about 2 Km to go outside campus.

Overall it has a wonderful campus and great teaching facilities, I had experienced many different things such as different fests, competitions, and much more, it provided me with opportunity to where I am now
