IIT ISM Dhanbad Reviews on Infrastructure, Campus, Placement, Facilities & Faculty

The college infrastructure is overall good. There are separate building for each department. The only drawback is the colour of the infrastructure which gives an old vibe. There i s also a separate building for NVCTI.

Mostly noone pays attention in class and you have to self study or from youtube to clear your midsems and endsems. Mostly youtube lectures will be your saviours. Although you sgould try to pay attention in class so that you don't have a burden while exams.

Placement scenario is good and domestic packages are quite well though there are almost no international packages.Placemt is good for circuital branches. Also surprisngly Petroleum branch has quite a good placement scenario

It is complete value for money and also try to apply for most scholarship and for fee waiver as well.

Campus life is awesome. Campus area is moderate.

In terms of infrastructure IIT Dhanbad have all the necessary facilities and equipment in our institution.we have library, laboratory and sport centre. Projector classrooms, laboratories with all equipment etc. All the campus, classroom are well maintained neat and clean. Hygiene and clean canteen and hostels.

Academic study is very good in IIT Dhanbad. All the professors attend classes regularly and classes for all the subjects are held regularly on daily basis. All the faculty members of the college are very supportive and encouraging .They always guide the students in career development .

Placements are very nice since two years back. Highest package last year was 1.5 Crores per annum. The main companies like Oracle,Siemens,Turtle Mint and others also hired freshers this time between 15-20 lpa On average 85% of students got placements in our college. For

Since it's an IIT its fees is somewhat less from other private colleges. The course is affordable and I think I'm getting all the necessary knowledge .It is worth in all aspects of academics and non academics provided by the college.

The campus is of around 750 acres and full of lush green campus, the beauty and calmness of the campus makes you forget about your academic pressure. There are many clubs and events and activities are taking place all over the year that you enjoy will enjoy it. You will make friends from different places and have fun.
