College Infrastructure
There are well-furnished labs, classrooms and a library, and there is a free Wi-Fi connection in the college. The food provided by the mess is decent and in addition, the campus has various other refreshment outlets like Coffee Day Express.

College Infrastructure
The infrastructure here at IIT Kanpur is really good and well maintained. The basic facilities like library, classrooms, lecture halls are high tech and really advanced. Even the new hostels are really cool and good.
Giving a review is good experience.

College Infrastructure
The campus of IIT kanpur is very nice as it has all the necessary equipments and facilities which are required for proper study environment. The facilities like WiFi, smart board all are fully functional and well maintained.

If your main goal is better placements and a flexible career, CSE at IIT Jodhpur or Ropar is the smarter choice.
Even newer IITs give strong packages in CSE because companies hire heavily from this branch. But

The IIT Kanpur is quite competitive and you would need at least the rank of 90 or 110 being a general candidate and 250 to 270 being a SC/ST candidate,

1. Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must have completed a B.E./B.Tech degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field from a recognized institute.

A minimum of 60% aggregate marks (or 6.0 CGPA out of 10) is generally required. For SC/ST/PwD candidates, a relaxation of 5% is usually applicable.
