Infrastructure is really good,at most places, you will get Wi-Fi. The library is also excellent. It's very comfortable reading in the library. The classroom is good, facilities are good—everything is good. In the hostel, you will get sufficient washing machines and a water cooler.

Professors are very good,some are very strict, but they teach very well. Some semesters are difficult, and some are normal. Semester exams are very tough. In some subjects, the pass percentage sometimes becomes very low.yet students still fail; this is the difficulty level.

Near about 80% got placed and some students went on to higher studies. The highest package will be around 40–55 LPA, the lowest around 10–12 LPA .Top companies like "Maang" came for on-campus placements. And company placement criteria differ from company to company.

One of the best college.

Our college provides good facilities. In our department, all classrooms are very clean and projectors are connected. Lab rooms are available. Library is available in our college. A quality hostel and food court are available. Also, our college, medical facilities are available. Our seniors organized every sport and game

In our department, all teachers are very experienced, and a few teachers are gold medalists. They have given suggestions to complete our final year project. Every teacher has very friendly behavior. In our college semester exam, it is so easy because teachers give notes. In this department, almost all students pass.

This is a very popular institute and in this course. 75-80% is the placements record in our college. In this course. the highest package was IN 1.20.000-50.000 per year. Our college provides an internship. Career opportunities for M.Sc. Mathematics and Computing Graduates include being a mathematics mentor, faculty member, lecturer lab assistant, trading manager, research analyst, etc.

Each room is equipped with LAN connectivity, while Wi-Fi is available in the common areas. The laboratories are well-equipped, and the teachers maintain a disciplined environment, although they may be slightly strict. In Guwahati, attendance is monitored through biometric systems, and it is mandatory for you to attend.

The college boasts an exceptional faculty, comprising highly qualified and knowledgeable individuals who deliver top-notch teaching. The strong bond between teachers and students fosters a conducive learning environment. Moreover, the relevant course curriculum equips students with the necessary skills for employment within a short span of three years. However, the semester exams are challenging, resulting in a low pass percentage.

The placement statistics are good and this was the reason I chose this college. About 80 percent of students from each department get placed. Also, not only do they get placed but they get good packages as well. Most of the packages offered are such that the student can pay off their education loan. Every year, the highest package from the college goes above 1.5 crore CTC.

Teachers are very knowledgeable and qualified, but they just lack the quality of teaching. Eventually, I had to study on my own for my exams. The current course is not relevant in any way to make it in the industry. The future courses till final year may provide it, but currently it is not relevant. Semester exams are relatively medium and tough for some subjects. Almost everyone passes as the college does not fail someone; if someone does not have minimum marks then they provide supplementary exams to cover our marks.

My course is chemical science and technology and the placements are good in this because, continuously in the previous two years, people got over 1 crore packages and, on average, 20 lakh. Maybe you won't be able to find much about this and it's placements on Google, but believe me, it is a good course if you pay attention to it.

Good college.

Course structure is well planned. Professors always takes care of the schedule and the syllebus. Wi-Fi is available in all the classrooms. There are many classrooms available equipped with projectors green board, AC and excellent lighting system. There is a central library to study and for finding book of your choice. Apart from the central library, there is a library in every hostel. Each Hostel have own dining hall. Hostel has stationary shops, library, common room, sports room, juice shop, and many more.

The course curriculum designed is very well and I know about the the professors who was awesome.My guide was very helpful in all my research time and they guide me properly to how we write a good research paper.

Approximately 85% of individuals have been placed, with the highest salary being around 50 or 40 LPA. The median salary is estimated to be around 10 or 12 LPA, and there are diverse roles available across various fields. This offers a wide range of opportunities, allowing individuals to choose different aspects of their day-to-day lives. Moreover, there are global prospects that provide immense knowledge and growth potential.

I enjoyed my college life

IIT G have the best campus . It's has different and multiple labs for every department. The wifi collage has wifi. The hostel rooms are single rooms with proper rooms , washing machine and a security system.

The professors are highly qualified and are quite helpful in the cousre in the research activities. If we understand the concept then we can easily score good marks in semesters. Life here is the best.

My university thought Mr critical job skill and provided me with opportunities and with poten employees. Some of my seniors are placed at abode , amazon, bank of America and deloit. The career center me in arranging pre placed talk ,personal discussion and interviews.

My one years for this cousre is around one lakhs fifty thousand rupees. And I think you should not doubt this collage because it's an IIT and ofcousre is worth your money.

Numerous celebrities have been invited to the collage and hostel food is very good in respect to other collages. The collage maintains good hygiene and cleanliness.

Environment and infrastructure are one of the strongest points of IIT Guwahati. Greenery is available with scenic beauty of mountains. Food available in messes are of good quality and various facilities are available including that for health. There are various labs available including CS labs, Chemistry labs, Physics, Mechanical workshops, Electronics labs, etc. There are separate hostel libraries and also a central library. There is also a gym available in every hostel and a central gym too.

Can be a bit hectic in first semester but it only goes better from then onwards. Academics will keep you busy in first semester which actually has its own benefits as you would always have the chance to grow. Professors are helpful, TAs are available for doubt clearing and friends can help you too.

Being an IIT, placements are excellent. One gets internship opportunities in first year too as a part of various events that go on in the college. Around 90% students get placements every year. CSE offers highest placements and even during recession period where placements were low in 2023, highest international placement offer here was 2.05 crores, and highest domestic stood at 1.20 cr.

Excellent environment with helpful staffs and good quality food. IIT Guwahati provides great exposure to various fields of life. You also get free counselling services here along with various sports activities.

Vibrant, green and aesthetic.

IIT Guwahati, one of the best college in India. The IIT's are the most premier institutes in India. The IIT Guwahati's campus is well equipped with wifi facilities and hostel facilities are great. The hostel food is nice. The laboratories here are of the best quality with the equipment. The lecture halls are equipped with ACs and proper sound systems.

I am currently enrolled in Biosciences and Bioengineering branch of B.Tech. because this field has a good future and scope. Curriculum is not updated but it is one of the best as this makes us job ready. The quality of teaching is very awesome.

The quality of placements in IIT guwahati is of superb quality. The average placement is of Rs 18 lakhs per annum and the highest placement is of Rs 2.4 crores per annum. The college helps in the placement process very much as it provides like a bridge between companies and students.

The campus of IITG is outstanding. It is like a heaven and it includes greenery along with lakes.The infrastructure of IITG is excellent and it includes all the laboratory facilities.Sports facilities of the college is awesome.

The academic pressure of IITG is somewhat high but we can manage the pressure with time.The quality of teaching in IITG is good and very helpful.Currently , I am in the first year of the Mtech od CSE department.Professors of this department are very helpful.

The placement of IITG is good .It is one of the greatest IIT of India. The overall placements of all the programme is 78 percent.Top companies from both domestic and international offers a huge amount of package to the students of IITG.

IITG is one of the most beautiful iits of India. It comprises of greenery and clean campus. Classrooms are well advanced and libraries also includes all types of books .Sports facilities of IITG is outstanding . Hostels are well maintained and hygenic.

I have completed my Mtech in Power Engineering. It is one of the best moment of my life. There was academic pressure but the professors are helpful in solving any doubts. The curriculum were updated and includes all the developments.

The placements of IITG is good . The percentage of students placed is 78% for all the programs. But the percentage of mtech students placed was 72% due to the COVID 19 it was decreased.It was a nice experience for me.
