academics are strong and serious, just like other iit
professor are well-qualified and mostly supportive
curriculum is concept-focused, exams are moderate

The is amazing as you know this 3rd Gen IIT but the infrastructure and location are too good specially weather. IIT tag is suffucient to review. I am currently studying in IIT Dharwad. Firstly i'm confused but then i liking.

good placement record.
placement are decent and improving every year
cse has the best placement and in core also decent
average package is around 12-15LPA
many students also go for higher studies or off campus offers

I am pursuing electrical engineering, as I am a fresher I don't have much knowledge about academics as first year is completely unrelated to our respective core subjects, But few courses are of half sem courses due to which we are facing a bit burden.
College Infra
college is under construction . Hence, we are not having a good infrastructure . And coming to food and hygienie , Food is improving day by day as far as hygiene is considered we are facing some issues.
Placements
Regarding placements , now it is equal to the placements of few private colleges, but placements are also not so good, But as it is a new campus it takes time ,Hope placements get better. And I think they increase with time.

Hello,
In CSE, roughly, 90% percent were placed with 8 LPA as average and 15 LPA as the highest package. Amazon, Adobe and Microsoft were the top recruiting companies. 80% students got internship.
The Karnataka Government has provided about 470 acres of land for the establishment of the permanent campus
