IIT Dharwad Facilities

The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Dharwad offers various facilities to students, faculty and staff members. IIT Dharwad facilities include a boys hostel, girls hostel, library, laboratories, a modern IT infrastructure etc. The library has both print and online resources made available for students. The institute library collection includes print, research books, reference books, etc. Indian Institute of Technology Dharwad has departmental laboratories to provide students with practical exposure and learning.

Hostels are well equipped with all the basic facilities to meet students’ accommodation needs. The entire campus is wifi enabled and has a modern IT infrastructure. Furthermore, the IIT Dharwad facilities list includes a cafeteria, auditorium, well-furnished classrooms, and many others.

Boys Hostel

College Infrastructure

college is under construction . Hence, we are not having a good infrastructure . And coming to food and hygienie , Food is improving day by day as far as hygiene is considered we are facing some issues.

College is ok you can join it but not sure.

College Infrastructure

College is under construction but still they are making us (starting from 2022 dec 2) to stay in new campus which is not fully constructed , Hence there is no proper infrastructure. They should arrange for infrastructure faster or they should arrange for temporary arrangements. For now they arranged classrooms in a studyroom of hostel. No our spaces are not clean and hygienic as campus is under construction you can see a lot of dust.

Hello,
In CSE, roughly, 90% percent were placed with 8 LPA as average and 15 LPA as the highest package. Amazon, Adobe and Microsoft were the top recruiting companies. 80% students got internship.
The Karnataka Government has provided about 470 acres of land for the establishment of the permanent campus of IIT Dharwad, which is about 2-3 km away from the transit campus within the WALMI campus.

should o prefer artificial intelligence and data science in iit jodhpur or ece in iit dhanbad or cse in iit dharwad

IF you want to pursue btech in a old conventional branch then ece at iit dhanbad is best but if you have no problem in choosing new branches then iit jodhpur artificial intelligence is also good but i wont advice to take cse at iit dharwad as it is a new iit comparatively. Overall going by brand name and branch combined iit dhanbad ece might prove to be the best option.
