i got 8185 rank in jee advance and i am sc catagory can i get seat in iit dharwad?

If 8185 is your SC category rank , getting a seat at IIT Dharwad may be difficult, especially in the more popular branches. However, it's still worth participating in JoSAA counselling because cutoffs can vary from year to year, and sometimes seats are available in later rounds.

If you're open to different branches and not only focused on CSE, you may have a better chance of getting an IIT seat somewhere through the counselling process.

So, don't lose hope. Fill your choices carefully and stay in the counselling till the end.
