Yes you can repeat the HSC exam irrespective of the marks you get. If you are satsified with your performance in class XII, you may not appear for it again. You will just have to fit a performance improvement form.
Also, whether you wish to appear for the October attempt or March attempt is completely upto you, though you will have to only fill the form for the respective exam which you wish to sit for!
