Hello aspirant,
Annually, about 400,000 to 500,000 candidates register for the exam, of which 250,000 to 300,000 actually sit for it. Among these examinees, approximately 7,000 to 8,000 students successfully pass the exam. Hello,
The number of students selected per year in the National Defence Academy (NDA) varies depending on several factors, including the number of vacancies available, the performance of candidates in the selection process, and the needs of the armed forces. Generally, the NDA selects a few hundred candidates each year for admission to its courses.

Hello aspirant,
Hope you are doing great.
As per your question, in general per annum almost of 7 to 8 lakhs of student give the exam, out of which only 7k to 8k will pass the exam, and amongst them only 5% of the students will be selected for the interviews.
I suggest you to never loose your confidence. It all depends on how you give the exam, and not how many give it.
