i got 24032 rank in comedk in 2019 my score is 71 what college should i go for it please share personal opinion not any college predictor

If you want personal opinion here you have it.
The fact is that your rank isn't very good so you won't get into the top colleges however you can get admission in decent shape which you can predict using the predictor as you already know. I feel rather than focusing on your college, you should first select a branch of engineering according to your interest. As I said you will not get the top colleges, so might as well as use this as an opportunity to get the best branch of your preference in a decent college.
Nobody can just tell you that this branch or this course is good for you. We can just guide you by giving examples of colleges to choose from. The choice is yours and you will have to choose it yourself by doing research on your own. Once you have decided a stream, predict the colleges. Then visit their official site, read reviews online and choose the best college according to your preference.
