The college is totally amazing, it is full with greenery all around and their is sports facility also in the campus. It has a beautiful structure in front. Hostels, wifi, mess everything is their in the campus.

Totally dynamic academic culture is their amongst the students no doubt. Mostly the students are involved in one or another type of technologies like aws, ai and ml, cloud computing etc. And teachers also help us in getting the right approach for it.

IIT kharagpur is having a very good placement records from a lot of years that have passed. Also some students become Entrepreneurs and start their own companies. The packages are also being lowest to 12 lpa and highest more than a crore per annum.

It was constructed a long back in time and still it just looks very beautiful and amazing no doubt 10/10 to campus view. Also we are having different types of Labs in the college to get deep and practical knowledge of each subject.

Their is a very nice coding culture in the campus, students focus on innovation and talk about new ideas and our teachers fully support us in that no doubt the teachers are very good but sometimes strict also...

No need to talk much about it as students and the alumni network of the college speaks on its own. The packages are increasing year to year and students are getting great opportunities abroad also. Conclusion:Placements are amazing.

I myself found the college campus very beautiful full with greenery. It has what a college requires ventilated hostels, lecture halls. The laboratories are also very big at my college. I am from South and the South dishes that are provided in the mess are just average.

It has wonderful students and teachers bounding. We can approach for doubts even after lecture hours. Based on the wonderful culture we also take help from our seniors and helped a lot of students when we were in third/fourth year.

The best thing is that you get placed in your dream companies with your hardwork. And you can except a very nice first salary if you have worked hard, the Kharagpur IIT will definitely play it's role in to get you in to MAANG etc.

Whoever reading this review of mine, firstly go to google and search the amazing the campus of IIT Kharagpur no doubt it is one of the best Institute of india with amazing facilities . Very big classrooms, new machinaries in the college, everything is available.

Their is not much need to explain, it has got very well educated group of teachers with full focused curriculum that makes us the best engineers of the nation. And no doubt the updation in the curriculum with new technology will keep it far going for upcoming students.

Amzon, Google, Flipkart, Microsoft etc in all these big companies our students are placed. We also know the CEO of Google Mr Sundar Pichai is also from our college. The average package is more than 15 lpa.

My department has AC classrooms with modern projectors to teach. Wi-Fi is available on the whole campus, and at the same time, library facilities are also good. We have a central library that has all the useful books. Free bus and medical services are provided inside the campus.

Teachers are from reputed colleges and are Ph.D.-qualified. The teachers use a variety of methods to help students learn. They are friendly and approachable. The quality of the teaching is very good. Teachers understand students.

Most of the student sits for non-core placement and for those who sit for core placement there the highest packages are 6-8 LPA. The roles offered in my course are interior designer and site planner. The highest package offered in my course is 8 LPA and the lowest is 1 LPA.

Yes it's value for money.

IIT Kharagpur is well maintained with great infrastructure facilities with clean and neat campus, classrooms with access to well maintained laboratories are available. Hostel rooms are also available with hygiene food and accommodation facilities.

I am doing M.Tech our department teacher were good and helpful the quality of teaching in IIT is good with access to projectors, laboratories,field trips,seminars, live plant cultivations etc can be used to make the teaching more effective .

I have completed M.Tech in 2012 at that time the average package got by the students was 7 Lakh per annum. To get a placement from my college was tough at time of me studying in the college. Yes placement cell provide train and internship.

Yes IIT Kharagpur is value for money.

I was completed in 2010 at that time the infrastructure is not properly developed but the almst all facilities provided very well like classroom and seminar hall are fully air conditioner. Hostel provide the good food and many things.

Teachers are supportive and experienced, most of our teachers have corporate exposure which helps them to provide insights about the current industrial exposure and its pattern. I am studying B. Tech and it's is one of the best college available to me as it has all the necessary and the quality of education.

Yes the placement was very much good in comparison to current time period. They provide approx 80 percent placement with best companies through world. Students got above 1 crore per annum packages. Average package was 33 lpa and lowest package wad 17 lpa.

Yes the college is value for money.

In my department, most of the student sits for non-core placement and for those who sit for core placement there the highest packages are 6-8 LPA. The roles offered in my course are interior designer and site planner. The highest package offered in my course is 8 LPA and the lowest is 1 LPA.

Best college.

World class infrastructure. Buildings are made with top notch facility and clean campus due to availability of dustbins everywhere. It's totally green campus, making it pollution free. The infrastructure is well established.

Updated academics meeting market scenario. The curriculum is excellent and not only covers core subjects, but also covers allied subjects that are useful in other branches as well. Those subjects are taught that have more demand and good future scope.

Placement is generally good, but this year it was below average. Due to recession, many companies are not shortlisted even they visit every year. Also some students are shortlisted by one company, but till now they haven't got their confirmation letter.

The environment, skills, knowledge and tag returns the investment in good amount. The amount of hard work and dedication we put here pays well at the end. The environment is healthy and everyone learns something new here.

Completely safe and exciting campus life. Be it all sports or swimming pool, every place is exciting. Students roam around the campus even at 2 am without any restrictions. There's no crime ever made here. Thanks to cctv cameras all over the campus and strict management.

The teachers are qualified, friendly, and helpful. There were four exams in a semester: a mid-semester exam, an end-of-semester exam, and two class tests. The difficulty level is moderate for class tests, but the semester exams are on the tougher side. Additionally, the duration of the semester is relatively short, around 3.5 months.

Around 70–80% of students are placed every year. The average placement last year was 17 lpa, and the highest was around 80 lpa. I don't have much idea of what the recruiting companies were last year. Most of the students go into non-core jobs, as there aren't many core companies that come. From this branch, several students also go for higher studies.
