My college does have all the necessary facilities. There is wifi almost everywhere and there are no connectivity issues. The labs have all the facilities. The library is great. The hostels are okay. The classrooms are big and are air-conditioned. the medical services are great.

I'm studying B-tech in computer science and engineering. The faculty is well qualified and friendly towards students. The fees is a bit high. The courses are well-structured and flexible. Overall I think the academics of IIT Kharagpur is great.

Placements are excellent. 90-95% of all the students get placed every year. Around 350-400 companies come for recruitment, including HFTs, Amazon, Google Sprinklr, etc. A lot of students get internships in good companies.

I'm paying around 9 lakhs. I think the fees is a bit high but worth it. The teaching faculty is great. Many scholarships are provided. I think it is a great value for money though it lies on the expensive side.

My campus life till now has been great. The events here are amazing. They help release stress after exams. The spring fest and the technical fest in January are the best fests and are so fun. They create an energetic atmosphere. The college has a very social environment.

The classrooms, laboratories and library everything is well maintained. With well modernized equipments and furniture. Wifi facility provided here is also good and fast. Medical facilities and sports facilities are also good. Food quality provided in the mess is also good. There are many canteens and cafes available in the campus.

Teachers are extremely helpful and gives excellent guidance. The teaching quality is also excellent. The course curriculum is also upto dated as per the technology needed. The course study makes us industry ready. Lab instructors are also very nice and helpful.

Here almost every students gets placed with good packages. The highest package till now was around 50LPA. Top recruiting companies like Adobe, Samsung, Mastercard, IBM. Mostly students also got the internships here from good companies. College is also very supportive during placement drives.

Campus is very big and huge with all the facilities provided here for the students. It is one of the best IITs. You will grow your self here personally as well as professionaly.

Yes, Our college IIT kharagpur has all the necessary infrastructure, facilities and equipment. It has all sorts of sports facilities, fully equipped labs and as proper as proper air conditioned study rooms. With good food in hostels for the students.

I am studying B tech civil engineering in IIT kharagpur. The quality of teaching is of course fabulous and up to the mark. They are completely up to date with the recent developments and also teach us external knowledge other than just civil engineering like coding , electrical etc

As for the placements in our college they are one of the best in the country. Packages for computer science department often reach upto crores and students often look to be placed in coding even if they are from core branches.

my overall experience is amazing!!

The campus infrastructure is so good , I totally love it . It is all the facilities , there is a even a stadium for the games and the class rooms are also so good . And there is a swimming pool and other facilities also there .

The quality of the education is really appreciable in the college . So many talented teachers are there , if any doubts are there they will clarify us clearly and teachers also helps in personality building.

Every year 90 percent of the students got selected in the campus placements . Our college provides the job offers from numerous reputed companies and in addition to that internships also . The package also pretty good.

The quality of the placements at IIT Kharagpur have been increasing every year. Almost all the students get placed here. The highest package was around 2.5 crores in ECE department. The placement process is handled by Career Development Centre.

Our college provides all the basic facilities including like sports, hostel to live, all labs, cultural facilities and many more. We have huge classrooms and libraries which motivate us to study hard. Huge number of students maintains the sense of competition and motivates us to give our best.

I am studying in the branch of Metallurgical and Materials engineering which focuses mainly on properties of Materials, their use in day to day life. I have selected this subject as it has less load which gives us an opportunity to improve ourselves and improve as a person. Also gives us a chance to explore in tech field and software industry. Yes, our sylabus is updated and makes us job ready.

IITs has one of the highest placements in complete country. Students get admissions here after qualifying in india's toughest exam Jee Advanced, hence they have that discipline and the smartness required to be best in every field they choose. Placements in IIT is almost 100%. The highest package was 2.68 crore and it was from ECE department this year. Avg salary is around 12 to 16 lakhs and the Placement process is very easy.

My course cost around 3 lakhs per year. Yes, i feel we are getting our money's worth because of the facilities provided here. All the labs are high tech equipped with all the latest technologies and best part is that students have a easy access to all the machineries. Next the brand value and a platform it provides is just insane. Also, we have wide variety of fields to work on.

IIT KGP has one of the largest Campus in the entire country covering over 2,200 acres. The best part of the campus is its greenery and the fresh air you breathe in. Students can engage in activities like cycling, Swimming, and many more things. Campus is much safe and developed than the surrounding area. Complete staff is super supportive and yes it can handle all the emergencies

It is one of the best decision i have taken. It just feels right. Every hard working person deserves to be here. Improve yourself and prove your worth to the world.

Well IIT Kgp infrastructure is according to me the most well maintained around the nation. Starting with the easiness of one student going to the nalanda building where are class is held the roads and cycle track are well maintained it helps us to reach there without any hurdle. Coming to the next thing that is the classroom is fully air conditioned and I think it is the reason for many to go to class even in summer.Hostel however I will say are not the best but decent.

As I am studying applied Geology which is due to my jee rank ,however even though I took geology as the only option ,the profs here such amazing that they make the class very interesting and that is something which attracts me to class everyday,and not because of the burden of 75% attendance criteria. Yes I feel the curriculum are well maintained time to time however I always feel there should is some scope of improvement in first year like focusing on professional communication.

As I am in my 2nd year ,i may not be the right person to give insight about placement but talking to senior and seeing the stats ,I will say at undergraduate level you won't get better Placement than here , offcourse I mean all the others iit as well . For example the package of my Branch geology was 21.63 median In 2022 which is I guess decent in any case .

I don't think this even as a question , because studying here and being a part of this family for next 4 year is something I will cherish my life . Getting the tag of IIT that also of IIT KGP is what many aspirant dream of .

I would have given 10 start out of 5 ,mannnn! I think the only thing you will miss after graduation is the campus life of IIT Kgp ,to be honest many people say size of campus does not matter but I think s such a huge campus size makes campus life more beautiful.

College Infrastructure is very good. College have all the necessary infrastructure, facilities and equipment. All facilities of sports and other curriculum is provided within the respective hall. Hall Culture is very famous in IIT Kharagpur. Classrooms are well furnished and are well air conditioned. The labs, libraries, sports centres and hostels are well faciliated and well functioning. They all are used and maintained well. Living spaces are clean and food hygienic.

I am pursuing manufacturing science and engineering and Industrial Management dual degree course in Mechanical department. Quality of teaching is very nice. The placements are awesome at IIT KGP and what i study makes me job ready. Our Curriculum is updated and includes all the recent developments in the field.

College campus is best with the largest campus in India with 2100+ Acres. Hall culture is very famous in IIT KGP. Students can engage in various societies and can strengthen up their skills and networks. Students, Teachers and support staff are very supportive. The location is situated near to kolkata and it is safe. It have two hospitals for medical emergencies.

Overall it has been a nice journey and i am currently into second year and exploring various other domains. The college has provided me a platform and all the necessary things needed to boost me to a good start of my career.

The infrastructure is good with all the facilities lying within the 2100 acres of the Lush Green Campus. The Labs and the Classroom Complex is well equipped with all the modern Requirements. The Halls Of Residences (Commonly referred to as Hostels) also are Liveable, although not that good.

I am currently pursuing B.Tech in Metallurgical and Materials Engineering. Yes The Curriculum is up to date with recent technology. Although many people from non circuital branches mainly explore other regions such as Data Analysis, Machine Learning & Arificial intelligence etc.

The Placements depend from Student to Student. There are very few people that sit for the core placements, Most people go for Finance, Consulting and Software Development roles. Although it is not as settled as Circuital Branches but the Placements are overall decent
