With a 72 percentile in JEE Main and General category, your rank would be around 3.1–3.3 lakh, which is far beyond the cutoff for NIT Delhi. Even for less demanded branches, General category cutoffs at NIT Delhi usually close below 40,000–50,000.
So, admission to NIT Delhi is not possible with

You need to have an OBC certificate issued by the Delhi state government to avail the Delhi home state quota along with OBC reservation in NIT Delhi.
