hello, i gave my board exam in 2025 and unfortunately got RT in physics hence gave the exam as a private candidate in 2026 and passed. Now, would both the certificates be merged? Or do I need to present both certificates seperately? Will this effect my chances of admission?

Devika Malik 22nd May, 2026

Hi,

You should be okay. Since you cleared Physics in 2026 as a private candidate, your Class 12 result is now considered “Pass.”

Usually, CBSE either issues an updated marksheet or you may need to keep both the 2025 marksheet and the 2026 Physics result together. Colleges are familiar with

I just got a subject rank of 49 for the SRMJEEE (PG) Phase 2 exam. Im assuming that Im not qualified since there are no links to upload documents for the course. Im wondering whether I got a good rank or I did not qualify at all.

Devika Malik 22nd May, 2026

Hi,

A subject rank of 49 in SRMJEEE (PG) is honestly a very strong rank, so you’re most likely qualified for admission.

The missing document upload option usually isn’t a problem. SRM activates those links step-by-step during counselling/seat allotment rounds.

So for now, just keep checking the official portal (https://applications.srmist.edu.in/?utm_source=chatgpt.com)
