IIT Delhi develops device smaller than a rice grain to collect bacteria samples from the gut.
IIT Delhi has the best infrastructure in India. The college has everything that is needed by the students whether it is libraries, high-tech machinery for experimentation, high performance and capacity computer systems, sports area for several games. The hostels are great and are maintained in a great condition.
I had studied M.Tech in Mechanical Design and got a master of technology from the college in the year 2021. The experience of academics at IIT Delhi was amazing. The curriculum is the best for the analytical and critical thinking development of the students.
IITs are the best institutes for placements, and also among IITs, IIT Delhi has a very great placement stats. Due to its geological location and good performance, placements is very good here. Almost 95 percent students get placed in the year 2021 with a average salary of 16 lakhs per annum.
IITD has good infrastructure, facilities and equipment. There are numerous world-class labs, 5 badminton courts, many research buildings, large sports grounds, lot of eateries and messes, good connectivity to the city, good network connection. Yes, the spaces are clean and the food is hygienic.
I am studying computer science. the quality of teaching is amazing. i understand most of the concepts the professors teach. Yes, the curriculum is updated, and the professors teach very up-to-date syllabus. 2 days after the landing of Chandrayaan 2, there was a lesson on this in our AI course.
The placement season was good. But a lot of great students did not land a job. The number of offers was quite less, and those in high-paying companies was much lesser. I am not aware of the highest international package, but the highest domestic package was a little above 1 cr. The placement process is smooth for. the EE, MNC, and CS students, and much harsh for the rest.
Amazing campus life
Good hostels and institute areas. New lecture hall complexes constructed recently. Has sports facilities as well. New hostels constructed and opened last year for PG students. Is also a very green campus.
Varies from branch to branch, load is a lot in some branches but relatively lighter in others. In a general sense compared to other colleges the load is more and the atmosphere here is quite competitive.
Good placements for students with higher cgs, but those with lower cg struggle. Many companies with 1cr+ packages also visit the campus. From tech to consulting firms, many options are available to students.
Fee Structure is fine
Students have a good campus life
The facilities at IIT Delhi are quite satisfactory, but the infrastructure leaves much to be desired. The old hostels accommodate three students per room, and the quality of routine food is subpar. Additionally, the Wi-Fi speed is very slow. However, the medical facilities are commendable.
The teaching staff at IIT Delhi are graduates from some of the best universities. The curriculum is robust, but the semester exam papers are extremely challenging. This has led to students feeling overwhelmed, with some even contemplating suicide. It is a humble request to reconsider the exam pattern
Around 70 to 85 percent of students are placed every year. The highest package is approximately 65 LPA, while the lowest package is around 6 LPA. Companies like Indian Oil, Indian Gas, etc. visit the campus, but most students are placed in teaching roles. The internship offers are also commendable.
The infrastructure is state of the art. The Lecture Halls are well equipped in terms of acoustics, desks and monitors. The hostel rooms are not the best but comfortable while the amenities are complete. This includes geyser, hot drinking water, washing machine, fridge etc.
I am studying Textile Engineering. The quality of teaching is good but more importantly the peer group discussions are what fuel learnings. The course gets updated with new DE's every now and then which ensures recent developments are included.
The placements are very good. Companies come across all sectors and in big numbers for all sectors. The pay is also competitive and within a sector also there is diversity in JD. The best companies obviously come for placements. The average salary hasn't been disclosed for this year.
The fees is 1 Lac per semester. There is obviously money's worth infact we get more than what we pay for because of the facilities we get at IIT. Compare this to any other college the fees is very high and the facilities and more importantly the peer group and faculty isn't the same.
The campus life is what we will remember IIT Delhi for. The learnings happen on campus and the memories we cherish are also created on campus. Being slightly more specific the hostel Life is fun filled. The campus has good spaces to hang out, eat and discuss. The sports facilities are also good for occasional recreation.
Not really
The academic infra is state of the art. This covers the entire spectrum from classrooms to equipments and technology integration into the curriculum. All the hostels have wifi hot water and all the basic amenities required. The living spaces are clean and are become dirty only because of students.
I am in the Textile Technology branch. The quality of teaching is very good. The curriculum also includes all recent developments. The department electives are constantly updated so one can choose them to both specialize in a particular field as well as be up-to-date with advancements.
The placements of IITD are exceptional if you have put in the effort. The companies come from all sectors and for good roles with good pays for each of them. The official percentage this year was lower owing to bad market conditions. The highest package is not a correct indicator of placement success as it's dependant on which field you choose and there isn't uniformity across sectors.
Very low fees compared to any of private institution. Also, there are various opportunities for scholarships for financially struggling students. Scholarships can also be attained from good academic record in college.
Extremely fun and adventure filled. The major growth which is caused by interacting with peers discussions on various topics ranging from tech, business, product, finance etc. occurs in the campus during chilling, meals etc. The worst thing is the fact the discipline gets ruined.
The college has great infrastructure. The greatest thing is the Lecture Hall Complex in which most classes occur. Each classroom has a projector and white and blackboard to teach. Each of the rooms is air-conditioned and rooms are well-lit. The library is very huge and has lots of books. Sports Facilities are also great and provide a lot of sports equipment.
I am studying Computer Science and Engineering. The quality of teaching Is great and professors put in a lot of effort. Yes the curriculum is updated and professors try to incorporate new technological advances into the curriculum .
The quality of placements has been great at the college. Many of the seniors got placed last placement season too. Each branch enjoys many companies. I guess the average salary offered was 12 LPA. The placement process is generally easy with a good portal to help us during the placement season.
The one-sem fee is roughly 1 L. Yes, the facilities which are being provided to me for the above fees are great and worth the money. This means all the labs equipment faculty library all of these facilities are worth it for the money I pay to the college.
Campus life is Great at IIT Delhi. The campus is very safe, and one can quickly go around the campus any time of the day. One can even enjoy the campus at 4 in the morning with no fear of security. The campus also provides a vast number of clubs for an individual to take part in and socialize.
Delhi University colleges are divided into two campuses, the North Campus and the South Campus. As per research North Campus is better than South Campus due to following reasons; 1. The north campus has some of the best colleges in India, including Miranda House College.
DU has given me confidence and taught me to never stop yearning for knowledge. It is not an exaggeration to say that every single day I learn something tangibly new and important. My advise to prospective students is to embrace the experience as it will enrich your view towards a diverse culture of Indi
The college has a placement cell that organizes campus selection drives and provides training to students in job-related skills. The cell also conducts seminars and offers internships with stipends, with over 200+ students being selected.
Every middle class family affordable
Outstanding
College infrastructure is great with new buildings being constructed. It had recently developed a research and innovation park and Mittal sports complex with advanced construction. Now, two more new buildings are to be inaugurated which have new offices and highly equipped labs.
Great academic structure is present with option with students to choose electives according to interests. Quality of teachers is great with some of very renowned researchers present on campus with great teaching skills.
IIT Delhi has showed great management in placements this year receive more number of offers than other IITs despite this being one of the worst years in terms of availability of jobs. The placement cell really did great efforts for making it happen.
I would say it definitely value for money, not more not less. It gives you a unique experience which no other colleges might give you. The kind of mentorship it gives you and motivation it gives you to do something of your own is something I appreciate the most.
The campus life gives you a lot of learning for life and provides you with connections that are one of the best in the country. It has been hardly the case that anyone speaks ill about IIT after graduating from here.
As it is an old institution, the infrastructure is a bit old which requires renovation though the process has already started and soon the whole campus will be renovated including all the hostels etc.
The academics here is top notch. The best in the country including the research labs of the highest quality. The curriculum is well focused on the main degree as well as minor subjects as well for overall learning.
Placements are one of the best in the country with all the top MNCs visiting the campus for both internships and placements offering very high stipends and country best pacakages. There are both domestic and international opportunities.

Hello,
You can’t skip Class 11 in a regular school; it’s a mandatory step in the CBSE/HBSE system. However, since you’re doing 10th from NIOS, you can directly take NIOS 12th after completing 10th, without attending 11th. This is completely valid and accepted by JEE Main and IITs, as long
