Hello,
For BiPC students NCERT subject books are more informative as they are far better than other books. They give you detailed information and it is very knowledgable. These books are enough for board exams also. They are known for their simplicity and they do not go much deep into the complex theories.

In Physics, Modern Physics take the top slot with 5 questions. Heat and Thermodynamics, Optics, Current Electricity, Elcetrostatics get 3 questions each. Magentics has 2 questions and the rest get 1 question each.
In Chemistry, Transition Elements and Coordination Chemistry, Periodic Table and Representative elements take 3 questions slot. Thermodynamics and Gaseous state, Atomic structiire, Chemical Bomding, Chemical and Iconic Equilibrium, Solid State and Surface Chemistry and Nuckear Chemistry and Environment get 2 questions slot eacch and the remaining get 1 question each.

The question seems incomplete as you haven't mentioned the exam. But I would like to tell that Yes, MTG NCERT at your fingerprints is one of the best books for all levels preparation. But along with this you must also read original NCERT textbooks for a better understanding.
