NO
Best in infrastructure, facilities and equipment. Well maintained classrooms and world class lecture hall. Very clean and hygienic. Food taste not good but its hygienic. Laboratories and libraries are best.
Well quality teaching with updated course content. Course load is very high. it makes u job ready with improves your soft skills too. Professional skills are developed while studying which are very helpful.
Good quality placement. Good salary is offered to students. College itself has its training and placement cell which take cares of this process. Maximum students are placed or find an appropriate alternative career path.
Rs 1,15,000 per semester and worth every single penny. Because of the facilities provided and quality of teaching, this amount is worth it. You have too many options here and will grow you as a person.
Too safe and extra-curricular activities are also good. Students can engage in dance, drama, sports, fine arts and nearly anything you can think about. Staff is also supportive and for emergency facilities are provided in time.
Very fast wifi all over the campus, a large common cyber cafe and library (both air conditioned). Very food and a thoroughly-cleaned lecture hall complex hygienic. Lots of facilities for extra curricular activities.
The professors at IIT Delhi are dignified researchers in their respective fields, so the quality of teaching is great. The curriculum is constantly updated and includes a section regarding recent research by the professors themselves. It sure helps a lot in job interviews
100% placement has been observed very often. The avg salary above-avg by industry standards for all courses. The placement process is digitized and smooth. However, there does happen to be a lack of companies with offers in some core non-circuit branches
Infrastructure is very good, wifi facility is there in the whole campus. Library has best resources and is one of the best place to be in during exam preparation time. Hostels have a very good mess, sports room, night mess, badminton courts, basketball courts, etc.
Quality of teaching depends on the professor taking the course. All the instructors are very highly qualified in the fields they are teaching and not only teaches their subject but also motivates you to engage in research in their field.
Placements are very good. Almost everyone enrolled in placement sessions get placed with a good amount of salary. Average salary is around 10-14 lacs per annum and highest salary may go upto a crore. People gets placed in all sorts of fields like core, trading firms, finance. Some people prefer to go for further studies as well.
The college has each and every possible facilities possible. From wifi to library, labs and grounds for almost all sports. All the labs are distinct and also there are various equipments that are vary rare in usage.
I'm pursuing BTech Chemical engineering. The quality of teaching is very satisfactory, professors are very knowledgeable and it's worth on all aspects. The classes are regular and on time. Academics is proper and in a disciplined manner.
The placements are mostly done for all the students. Like there's a 100% placement opportunity. But the placements depends on the courses a student is pursuing and the knowledge he have gained in the college life. Grades matters a little bit.
The campus at IIT Delhi is quite spacious, green and we'll equipped with facilities needed for a technical institute. It had all the needed labs for different departments, proper lecture halls etc. The only negative point about it's infrastructure is it's less capacity of hostels. They are overoccupied with three people living in 2 seater rooms and 2 people in single room.Because of being overcrowded, there is lack of proper washrooms and maintenance is difficult.
I studied electrical engineering because this is what I got with my rank in JEE :) Most of the teachers are really good and know how to teach. Despite that attendance is low because they lack in making classes fun. I think curriculum is a bit outdated and could be revised as per industry needs. Since most people opt for joining coding companies I think curriculum could be made coding oriented. In terms of electrical engineering I feel practical oriented trending courses like ML, AI are included
Most of good companies come at our campus. I would say more than 70% get placed. Highest salary package goes from Computer science department. AVG salary is 12lacs. Yes generally clg is pretty supportive with placements.
Per year it costed around 2lacs. Yes I think it was worth it. As college gives exposure to amazing faculty, cultural programs, top placements, amazing memories, everything I could ask from my college. It offers opportunities to do good research work, foreign internships.
It is located in posche area of Delhi with everything available in nearby distance. Campus has most of the things needed especially to handle emergencies. Hospital staff are good, nice medical shop, store in every hostel. The campus also makes us feel safe since outsiders are restricted to some extent. The worst thing is overcrowded hostels and it's mess food. A lot could be done to improve them
I think I almost shared everything that is necessary for one while choosing a college for him/ her
The infrastructure and other facilities are excellent The lecture hall is magnificent. But the hostels have small rooms but the hostel life engaged with it excellent. The best college in India and dram for many.
The best professors are in IIT Delhi.the teaching facilities are excellent with hard tutorial and plenty of doubt session discussions. The professors are always there to help in case you are unable to solve problem
IIT Delhi ranked first in the no. of placements in the year 2019-20. The package of various dept. Are also really good.so far the best college to study in india and maybe in all over the world. A dream come true for all students.
Yes my college is equipped with all facilities, equipment and it's infrastructure is marvelous. Our classroom is quite big with protector and smart board. IIT DELHI Library is known to be one of the biggest and innovate one. All sport facility is available along with coach. In our hostel and classroom there is 24x7 wifi availability. Mess foods are healthier and hygienic.
I am doing industrial and production engineering. Quality of teaching is quite cool. I think what you gain in college life is experience in many field taht make you job ready. Some of experience what you get in college how to manage time, get experience about corporate sector and team work.
Placement scenario is very nice in my college. Average is about 12-13 lakh per annum nad almost 90℅ student got placed who sit for placement. Highest salary is of about crore types that is grabbed by Computer science student and they are placed by software companies.
My per year study cost is about 3 lakhs. Yes I think it is worth it.
Campus life of IIT is very nice.It provides students right to explore things. Student can engage themselves in any other activities they want to, like sports, cultural activities, literature and many. My college location is at the mid of city. All facility are available to its proximity.
Talking about infrastructure in PHD, structure is not an issue then also college is big enough and includes all facilities and equipments and college has fully equipped laboratories, libraries, sports centres and hostels and they all are used and well maintained.
In academics IIT's are a big brand and the quality of teaching Is very high and the curriculum is updated and includes all the recent development's in the field and studying here makes you future ready and gives you a great personality.
If you want Ph.d from here you will obviously not think of placements and the percentage of students selected is 100 percent and the placement process is easy and pleasant for every student and college is supportive and helpful.
Yes, course cost per year is high but it is worth for its course and I do feel that studying here is giving me money's worth because the knowledge you gain here is priceless and you will not get anywhere else.
Campus life is at its most, there are so many activities students can engage in and the students teachers and support staff is helpful, cooperative and kind and the location is safe and campus can handle emergencies.
Its most missed part of my life
As the name says Indian institute of technology Delhi. Yes our college have all the necessary infrastructure , facilities and equipment. Our classroom have all the facilities like projectors , wifi and our classroom is well maintained.
It's Indian institute of technology Delhi so obviously the quality of teaching here is good. And currently i am persuing btech. And yes our curriculum is updated and includes all the recent developments in the every field.
Placement here in IITD or Indian institute of technology Delhi is amazing . And approx 92 percent student every year get placed . Placement pakage drive is amazing . Average salary offered every year is 10lakh per annum
As i have Category quota so it cost very less for me and if we talk in general it costs about 85000 per year. Even student get scholarship here. And yes i do feel my money is fully getting worth here.
Campus Life is amazing IITD gives you great exposure in every aspects like in sports in music in dance and in technical field too like coding , robotics , ai , iot , ml and much more. The student and teachers are good here. And if we talk about location so its in hauz khas.
The difference between IIT (Indian Institute of Technology) and IIIT (Indian Institute of Information Technology) is:
IITs provide a comprehensive range of engineering and science disciplines, and IIITs are specialised institutions focused specifically on Information Technology and Computer Science.
