In CUET, you will need to choose a language test (French, if offered, or English), plus subjects like General Test . For GAT, focus on reasoning, general knowledge, current affairs, and basic math. Regular practice with sample papers and previous year CUET papers will help you improve speed and accuracy. With consistent study, you’ll have a good chance of admission.
With 81.69 percentile in JEE Main under the General EWS category, getting ECE in JMI, AMU, JNU, or NIT Hamirpur would be quite difficult. For these institutes, the cutoff for ECE usually stays higher, often above 90–95 percentile for EWS candidates. JMI and AMU tend to have competitive cutoffs because of limited seats, while JNU and NIT Hamirpur also require a higher percentile. However, you still have good chances in other NITs, IIITs, or state-level colleges where the cutoff percentile is comparatively lower.
