Hello,                                                                           As per the last year cutoffs and counseling process rounds you have scored good but your rank is so high but you have chances to get the good institutions in last rounds of counseling so you keep trying for it. The cut off rank depends on the difficulty level of paper, number of intakes. This changes year by year but not much change is observed. Hence the cut off for sc candidates for  chemical engineering in Sri Venkateshwara University is 42972.
