Your prospects of being accepted into MBBS or BDS Government Universities are quite slim if your Neet 2025 score is between 250 and 300, particularly if you fall into the general category. You still have a chances in private or deemed university which have lower cutoffs through management quota.
To get admission in any government college, you need at least 550 or above marks in NEET UG exam. At the score between 250 - 300 it is tough to get MBBS colleges, you can get colleges for less competitive courses like BAMS, BHMS.

A 594 score in NEET 2025 is considered okay if you belong to reserved category. You have strong chances of getting an MBBS seat in top government colleges through All India Quota or your state quota.
