how to introduce myself in airforce gd
Hi,
I hope you are doing well.
Below I’ll be sharing some ways/ tips which should help you in having a good impression in your GD :-
1. Stay Confident ( Confidence is the key).
2. Start with a wish. According to the time, wish them and introduce your name and from where you are.
3. Keep it very short but descriptive from where a person gets an idea about you.
Make sure to include the below points in your introduction after your wish and once you’ve told your name and from where you are.
* Current Status.
* Work Experience.
* Aim.
* Academic Qualification.
* Professional Skills.
* Extra Curricular Activities.
* Hobbies.
* Strengths and weaknesses.
I hope the above information helps for giving a good introduction in your Group Discussion.
All the very best.
Dear Student,
It is very important to have a pre- planned introduction and frame it as per the following structure :-
- Name
- Current status
- Work experience
- Aim
- Academic qualification
- Professional skill
- Extra-curricular activities
- Hobbies
- Strength/ weakness
-
Tips to follow for introduction :-
- Always be confident while giving your introduction.
- “Myself Rakesh”… and several other phrases are more common for the sake of good impression but are actually grammatically incorrect. So, use correct statement, such as “My name is Rakesh” or “I am Rakesh.”
- As a mark of good manners and etiquettes, always begin your introducing yourself by greeting the respective members. For instance you can say ‘Good morning everyone, my name is…’ or ‘Hello, my name is..’
- Keep in mind that they are not your friends but strangers or experienced person, so brief them a little about yourself. Begin with your current status (any job or course you are pursuing), followed by your academic details.
-
To put a lasting impression, speak about your co- curricular activities, or any achievement before coming to your interests and hobbies.
Happy Learning!
