Well, You can consider 150+ to be a good score to get into Good NITs like Trichy, Warangal, Surathkal. Since you belong to SC category so you need to score 150 to get into good NITs, Even better if you score more than 180 than chances are there that you get CSE in the Top NIT.

Why Only NIT you can try to get Into IIT if you score above-mentioned marks then you will be eligible to appear into JEE Advanced after that you can get admission into IIT.
