The white color indicates that you are a citizen of India who is above the poverty line. Blue/Red/Green/Yellow Ration Card: These types of ration cards are given to those who are below the poverty line.
The families having annual income of Rs. 1 Lakh or above, the family aggregately holding more than 4 hectare irrigated land are eligible to get white ration cards.

Below is the eligibility criteria for getting a white ration card :-
1. The families having annual income of 1lakh or above.
2. Any member of the family who has a four wheeler vehicle.
Or
The family aggregately holding more than 4 hectare of irrigated land.
The above are the criteria’s which one need to fulfill in having a white ration card.

The families having annual income of Rs. 1 Lakh or above , any member of the family possess a four wheeler or the family aggregately holding more than 4 hectare irrigated land are eligible to get white ration cards.
White cards are issued to people with an income of less than Rs. 11000 and pink cards are issued to people with an income of more than Rs. 11000.
The beneficiaries in the above (B-1), under TPDS who declared their annual income in a prescribed form in 2011 and having annual income not excess than Rs.59,000/- in urban area and not excess than Rs.44,000/- in rural area were eligible to get the benefit under Priority House Hold (PHH) Cards. The GR was issued on 17.12.2013. The Stamping of “Public House Hold” was done on the upper right side of the first page of the saffron ration cards of the beneficiaries.
