"Shall have passed two years Pre University examination conducted by Department of Pre‐ University Education, Karnataka State, with English as one of the subjects and Physics, Chemistry and Biology as optional subjects. The candidate shall have passed subjects of English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology individually also. Preference will be given to candidates knowing Sanskrit"
To be eligible for admission, candidates should have passed the PUC or 10+2 equivalent examination. recognized by State or Central bodies with at least: 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (PCB) taken together (For SC/ST/OBC candidates, the minimum required percentage is 40% in PCB it is applicable for Karnataka students and All India Quota students )
Non-Karnataka Candidates must obtain an eligibility certificate from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences before the admission process.
Tulu-speaking minority candidates must provide a certificate from the appropriate authorities.
