Must have passed the Senior School Examination conducted by a statutory Board of 12 years study under 10+2 pattern of Secondary Education with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and English as compulsory subjects or any other examination recognized equivalent. Must have obtained at least 60% or more marks in the aggregate at the said examination and in the relevant group (Phy, Chem & Maths) of subject prescribed for admission or passed ICAR entrance test. 

OR, 

The student who passes three-year Diploma from Board of Technical Education, Rajasthan and secures a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate (for SC/ST/OBC 55%) will be eligible for admission to Second Year B.Tech of the branch of his/her study. The admission will be made through State Level Centralized Admission Committee.

• Passed 10+2 examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Biology/ Technical Vocational subject/ Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Informatics Practices/ Agriculture/ Engineering Graphics/ Business Studies. Obtained at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in the above subjects taken together. OR Passed Diploma (in Engineering and Technology) examination with at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) subject to vacancies in the First Year, in case the vacancies at lateral entry are exhausted.
