10+2 or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks and Mathematics as a compulsory subject. 

OR 

10+3-year diploma in any stream from a recognized board/ institution/university.

A candidate for being eligible for admission to the First Year of the B.Arch. Degree course :- (i) Must have passed the H.S.C. (Std.XII) examination of the Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education or its equivalent examination with the Mathematics subject. The candidate must have secured minimum 50% marks in aggregate (45% for Backward Class category candidates from Maharashtra State only) in the H.S.C. (Std.XII) or its equivalent examination. (ii) In addition, the candidate must have passed the aptitude test conducted by the competent authority to be eligible for admission to the B.Arch. degree course.
