Passed an examination at the end of the 10+2 scheme of examination with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics OR Passed (10+3) Full-time Diploma Examination recognized by All India Council for Technical Education / Central / State Govt. or its equivalent examination with Mathematics as a compulsory subject OR as declared by the appropriate authority from time to time.
Lateral Entry Eligibility:
The Candidate should have passed in all subjects with all credits earned for the year after which he /she is applying for direct admission to the immediate consecutive year as per the following requirement:
1. Cleared First year B.Arch. for admission to Second Year B.Arch.
2. Cleared Second year B.Arch. for admission to Third Year B.Arch.
3. Cleared Third year B.Arch. for admission to Fourth Year B.Arch.
Passed 10+2 examination with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as mandatory subjects with 50% marks in aggregate and also at least 50% marks in aggregate of the 10+2 examination.
OR
Passed 10+3 Diploma examination with Mathematics as a compulsory subject, having obtained at least 50% marks (45% marks in case of candidates belonging to the reserved category) in the aggregate and Qualifying NATA (Or) Any other Aptitude Test conducted by the Competent Authority of the State Government/ UT.
