“No candidate shall be admitted to the architecture course unless she/ he has passed 10+2 or equivalent examination with 45% marks and Physics, and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with Chemistry or Biology or Technical Vocational subject or Computer Science or Information Technology Engineering Graphics, or Business Studies with at least 45% marks (OR) passed 10+3 Diploma Examination with Mathematics as a compulsory subject with at least 45% marks in aggregate.
ii) The candidate needs to qualify for an aptitude test in Architecture conducted either by NTA (i.e. JEE) or “NATA” conducted by the Council of Architecture.
A candidate must have passed an examination at the end of the 10 + 2 scheme with 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics and also 50% marks in aggregate of the 10 + 2 level examination from any State board or its equivalent in CBSE/CISCE/NIOS/IB or passed 10+3 Diploma Examination with Mathematics as compulsory subject with at least 50% marks in aggregate from Technical Board of Gujarat or any other state or from a college/university established under Section 3 of UGC Act 1956.
Note: Additionally the student will have to meet the minimum qualifying marks for the National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) test as per Council of Architecture.
