The basic requirement for eligibility to get admission to the BAMS program is qualifying for the 12th Standard with the science stream or any other equivalent examination recognized by the concerned state government and education boards, provided the candidates pass the test with 50% aggregate marks in the subjects of physics, chemistry, and biology.
The Candidate should pass an Intermediate or Senior Secondary school certificate or equivalent with the main subjects being Physics, Chemistry, and Biology and a pass percentage of 50% in aggregate as well as individually in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology. In the case of candidates belonging to SC/ST and OBC categories, the minimum percentage is 45% in subject as well as aggregate. Uttar Madhyama of Sampurnanand Sanskrit Vishwa Vidyalaya, Varanasi with science (Biology Group) and English. An Examination of any other University/Board recognized by this University as equivalent thereto with at least 50% marks in aggregate of English, Physics, and Chemistry.Biology and Pass in Sanskrit subject of at least 100 marks.
