The Candidate should have minimum of 50% marks in the aggregate and 45% marks in the English in the previous qualifying examination or 55% marks in English

A candidate who has passed the Higher Secondary (10+2) or its equivalent examination with Aggregate 

• 50% in aggregate and 45% in the subject applied for or related subjects
• 55% in the subject applied for or related subjects
• 50% in aggregate (if the candidate has not studied the subject)

For Reserved Category Candidates-

• 40% in aggregate
• 40% in the subject applied for or related subjects
