(ii) The candidate should have passed an examination at the end of the 10+2 scheme of examination with at least 50 % (at least 45% for candidates from Reserved Categories, Economically Weaker Section and Persons with Disability candidates belonging to Maharashtra State only) aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics and also at least 50 % (at least 45% for candidates from Reserved Categories, Economically Weaker Section and Persons with Disability candidates belonging to Maharashtra State only) marks in aggregate of the 10+2 level examination.

(ii) The candidate should have passed the 10+3 Diploma Examination with Mathematics as a compulsory subject with at least 50 % marks (at least 45% for candidates from Reserved Categories, Economically Weaker Section, and Persons with Disability candidates belonging to Maharashtra State only) in aggregate.
1 .No candidate shall be admitted to architecture course unless she/he has passed 10+2 or equivalent examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with either Chemistry or Biology or Technical Vocational subject or Computer Science or Information Technology or Informatics Practices or Engineering Graphics or Business Studies with at least 45% marks in aggregate or passed 10+3 Diploma Examination with Mathematics as compulsory subject with at least 45% marks in aggregate marks (at least 40% marks, in case of reserved categories, EWS & PWD Students belonging to Maharashtra state only).
2 .The candidate needs to qualify an aptitude test in architecture conducted either by NTA (i.e. JEE) or “NATA” conducted by the Council of Architecture.
3 .The institutions shall give weightage of 50 per cent. marks for aptitude tests and 50 per cent. marks in the qualifying examination in the matter of admissions.
4 .In addition to the above-mentioned Mandatory Eligibility criteria set by the Council of Architecture, the candidates seeking admission to the Programme will have to qualify the selection process with a portfolio conducted by SSPU.
B. Eligibility Criteria for NRI / International Students
1 .No candidate shall be admitted to architecture course unless she/he has passed 10+2 or equivalent examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with either Chemistry or Biology or Technical Vocational subject or Computer Science or Information Technology or Informatics Practices or Engineering Graphics or Business Studies with at least 45% marks in aggregate or passed 10+3 Diploma Examination with Mathematics as compulsory subject with at least 45% marks in aggregate from any Foreign Board
2 . The Candidate must obtain an equivalent certificate from the Association of Indian Universities (AIU)
The candidate needs to qualify an aptitude test in architecture conducted either by NTA (i.e. JEE) or “NATA” conducted by the Council of Architecture.
