A Graduate in any faculty with a minimum of 45% of marks is eligible for the admission to Three Year LL.B Degree Course.
The minimum Eligibility Criteria would be 40% marks for the students/ applicants belonging to the S.C. and S.T. categories.
An applicant who has obtained a 10 + 2 Higher Secondary passed Certificate or First Degree Certificate after pursuing studies in distance or correspondence method shall also be considered as eligible for admission to Three Year LL.B Courses. (As per Bar Council of India Rules).

• It shall be open to any graduate or post-graduate student, of any recognized Statutory University getting minimum 45% marks in the University Examination Exam.
• Circular No. 253/2000 Ref. No. CBL/4520 dated 04/08/2000. However, 5% relaxation is given to students in the category of SC/ST vide Savitribai Phule Pune
