12^th class or equivalent from a recognized board with not less than 45% in Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics / vocational subject.

Candidates passing Diploma with first class (aggregate score as mentioned in final marksheet). Candidates passing First Year of B. Tech. / B.E. with CGPA ≥ 3.00 out of 4.00 or equivalent marks (aggregate) and no Backlog of First year. For Second year B. Tech. seats Diploma candidates will be given preference. If any seats remain vacant thereafter candidates passing first year of B.Tech will be considered
