• Candidates with B.A. / B.Sc. / B.Com. / B.E. / B.Tech / M.B.B.S. / B.Pharm or any other graduates from any stream in general who have secured 50% in the aggregate total marks are eligible to seek admission for the course.
• Provided these Candidates have passed their +2 or Graduation / Post Graduation shown their qualifying exam has appeared for these exams after undergoing the regular course and not appearing directly. (Vide BCI letter of clarification).

Seeking admission to a 3-year law course qualifications needed are only 12th and a three-year graduation, with 12th being the basic qualification for seeking admission into a 3-year law course.

The qualifications of 10th, 12th (+2), and graduation may be obtained through any mode (distance/correspondence / open schooling method).

The Pass percentage is 45% for the general category, 42% for the OBC category, and 40% for the SC/ST category.
