Seeking admission into a 5-year law course only the 10th and 12th qualifications suffices with the 10th being the basic qualification for seeking admission into the 5-year law course.
The qualifications of 10th and 12th may be obtained through any mode (distance/correspondence / open schooling method).
The Pass percentage is 45% for the general category, 42% for the OBC category, and 40% for the SC/ST category.
Eligibility criteria for admission is as per CLAT Notification (for details please refer to CLAT Website)
However, in order to qualify for admission, the candidate should have passed 10+2 examination or its equivalent with minimum 45% marks in aggregate (40% marks in case of SC/ST/Persons with Disabilities)
