A Candidate must have passed 50% in 10 + 2 with PCM /PCB and The C.G. state Pre –Pharmacy entrance test to be qualified for the admission.

• Should pass 12th with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology/Math as compulsory subjects.
• A minimum of 45% for the General category in PCM/PCB and the maximum age limit is 30yrs.
• Minimum 40% for OBC/SC/ST (applicable for the domicile of CG state only) in PCM/PCB & maximum age limit is 33 yrs (Also applicable for handicraft and female candidates)
• Diploma in Pharmacy holders with a minimum of 50% are eligible for direct admission in the 2nd year of 4 Year B. Pharm Course.
