• The candidate should be an Indian National.
• Passed HSC or its equivalent examination with Physics and Chemistry as compulsory subjects along with one of the Mathematics or Biology and obtained at least 45% marks (at least 40% marks in case of candidates of Backward Class categories, Economically weaker Sections, and Persons with Disability category belonging to Maharashtra State) in the above subjects taken together.
• Should have appeared in all the subjects and should obtain a non-zero score in CET conducted by the Competent Authority.
• Direct Second Year 
• The Candidate should pass D.Pharm
• No Management quota is available.

The candidate who has passed 10 + 2 or equivalent exam with science with Physics, Chemistry, and Maths (PCM) or Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (PCB) and English as compulsory subjects.
