For admission to B.Tech courses at TIT&S, Bhiwani, at least 45% marks in the aggregate of any of the following 3 subjects in 10+2 examination from a recognised Board/University with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with any one of the subjects out of Chemistry, Bio-Technology, Computer Science or Biology. A relaxation of 5% marks is admissible in the aggregate marks in case of candidates belonging to SC category.

The candidate 1) has passed 10+2 or equivalent examination with at least 60% marks (55% for SC/ST candidates) in the aggregate of three subjects, namely, Physics, Mathematics and any one subject out of Chemistry, Biology, LataralBiotechnology, and Computer Science. ii) has appeared in JEE (Main)-2014 with at least 20% aggregate marks (15% for SC/ST candidates. iii) possesses a good moral character. iv) is a citizen of India. v) is born on or after October 1, 1989 (5 years relaxation in age for SC/ST For Lateral Entry- (i)(a)has passed diploma, in relevant* discipline, of minimum 3years duration after matriculation from Polytechnic College/Institute affiliated with State Board of Technical Education/ University or recognized by UGC/AICTE with a minimum of 60% marks ( 55% for SC/ST) in aggregate or equivalent grade point. OR (b)has passed diploma, in relevant* discipline, of minimum 2 years duration after 10+2 from Polytechnic College/Institute affiliated with State Board of Technical Education /University, or recognized by UGC/AICTE with a minimum of 60% marks ( 55% for SC/ST) in aggregate or equivalent grade point. OR (c)has passed BSc(NonMedical) from recognized University with 60%( 55% for SC/ST) marks in aggregate (ii) has qualified LEET-TU with at least 20% aggregate marks (15% for SC/ST candidates). (iii) possesses a good moral character. (iv)is a citizen of India.
