As per AICTE norms, minimum 45% (40% in case of candidate belonging to reserved category) in 10+2 examination with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as compulsory subject. 5% addition seats in every department of B.Tech. are reserved under Tuition fees waiver Scheme (TFWS), an initiative of Government of Rajasthan.
The candidate must have passed (without grace) Intermediate (10+2 Level) Examination or its equivalent from any recognized board, securing minimum 60% marks in aggregate in the required subjects with a combination of two Compulsory Subjects – Physics & Mathematics and one optional subject of Chemistry/Biotechnology/Biology and UPSEE/JEE Mains Qualified.
