(A) Must have passed higher secondary school certificate examination after 12 years of schooling with physics, chemistry, and biology subjects and minimum 50 percentage of marks in PCB. Knowledge of Sanskrit is essential for admission. Must pass out Sanskrit either in 10th (SSC) or 12th (HSC).
(B) Any other equivalent course recognized by the Government and State education Board.
12th Standard with Science or any other equivalent examination recognized by concerned State Governments and Education boards provided the candidate passes the examination with 50 % aggregate marks in the subjects of Physics, Chemistry, and Biology. The minimum age for admission is 17 years as on 31st December in the year of admission for the First BAMS course.
