The candidates must have completed their 10+2 (12th) examinations with a minimum of 45% marks in Physics and Mathematics/Chemistry/Computer Science/ Electronics/ Information Technology/ Biology/ Informatics Practices/ Biotechnology/ Technical Vocational subject/ Agriculture/ Engineering Graphics/ Business Studies/ Entrepreneurship (any three subjects).
B.Tech (II year LEEP): Diploma in Engineering from an approved institute, with minimum of 45% marks (5% relaxation for SC/ST candidates) or B.Sc. (with Mathematics) with 45% marks, (5% relaxation for SC/ST candidates) only from Universities in Rajasthan are eligible for direct admission to B.Tech second year.
