1st Year: Passed 10+2 Examination with Physics & Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry / Bio-Technology / Biology / Computer. Obtained at least 45% marks (40% in the case of candidates belonging to the reserved category) in the above subjects.
2nd Year(LEEP): Passed Diploma examination from an AICTE-approved institution with at least 45% marks (40% in case of reserved category candidate) in appropriate branch of Engineering/Technology or B Sc. A degree in mathematics from UGC is defined as a university with 45% marks.
Candidate must have passed class-XII (10+2) examination with a combination of any three subjects; with physics and/or Mathematics as compulsory subject(s) along with Chemistry/ Computer Science/ Electronics/ Information Technology/ Biology/Informatics Practices/ Biotechnology/ Technical Vocational subject/ Agriculture/ Engineering Graphics/ Business Studies/Entrepreneurship from any recognized board/university.
Obtained at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) individually in each of the three subjects mentioned above.

Candidate must have passed a minimum 3 years/ 2 years Diploma examination in engineering & technology with at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates from reserved category) from an approved Institution/UGC recognized University, subject to vacancies in the B.Tech. First Year provided the vacancies for lateral entry are exhausted.
