1.1 (i) Nativity

A candidate passing the MH-CET examination and the Graduation Examination of the Mumbai University, in any faculty with a minimum of 45% marks or a corresponding degree examination of any other University recognized as equivalent thereto by Mumbai University with the minimum prescribed marks is eligible for admission to the First Year LL.B.
The candidate should be an Indian citizen/Foreign Person of Indian Origin (PIO). The candidate should produce any one of the following documents along with the application, to prove citizenship
a) Certificate from the competent authority to show that the candidate is a native of any State or Union Territory of India
b) True copy of the Birth Certificate of the candidate issued by Government Authority.
c) True copy of SSC Leaving Certificate of the candidate.
d) True copy of the relevant passport page of the candidate issued by concern Government.
1.2 (ii) Academic
a) Candidate seeking admission to the course should be a graduate of any faculty or any university of Maharashtra or any university recognized by U.G.C.
