First year:-

•  A pass at the Intermediate Examination of Andhra Pradesh State Intermediate Board with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics/Biology or equivalent. 
• Qualifying at the Entrance Examination (EAMCET) conducted by the Andhra Pradesh State Council for Higher Education, Hyderabad.

Second year (Lateral Admission):-

• A pass at D. Pharmacy course (ER-91) with I class.
• Qualifying at the Entrance Examination (E-CET) conducted by Andhra Pradesh State Council for Higher Education, Hyderabad.

A candidate for admission must have passed the Intermediate Examination of the Andhra Pradesh State Board of Intermediate Education with Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry / Biology as optional subjects or any other examination recognized by the Osmania University as equivalent thereto All the eligible applicants will have to pass the Entrance Examination conducted by the Government of Andhra Pradesh. The candidates will be admitted strictly by the merit secured at the Entrance Examination keeping in view the rules in force regarding the reservation of seats to various categories of candidates.
