For admission to the first year of B. Pharm. the candidate (Only from Uttar Pradesh state) must have passed the intermediate examination of U. P. Board or 10+2 level examination or its equivalent from any recognized Board. The candidate is essentially required to pass (as per respective Board) in each subject (As- Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics / Biology).
For Lateral Entry: The candidates; who have passed 2/3 years Diploma in Pharmacy securing a minimum 50% (45% for SC/ST) marks from an institution located in U.P. and recognized by the Board of Technical Education, U.P., are eligible for admission to second year of B. Pharm only.
The candidate should pass 10+2 with a minimum of 45% marks for (General /OBC)& 40% marks for (SC/ST) in total for the required subject combination (Physics & Chemistry compulsory + Mathematics/Biology as optional subject) and UPCET qualified (Subject to change as per AKTU).
