For admission to the first year of B. Pharm., the candidate (Only from Uttar Pradesh state) must have passed the intermediate examination of U. P. Board or 10+2 level examination or its equivalent from any recognized Board. The candidate is essentially required to pass (as per the respective Board) in each subject (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics / Biology).

For Lateral Entry: The candidates who have passed 2/3 years Diploma in Pharmacy securing a minimum 50% (45% for SC/ST) marks from an institution located in U.P. and recognized by the Board of Technical Education, U.P., are eligible for admission to the second year of B. Pharm only.

Candidates must have passed the intermediate examination or its equivalent from a recognized board. Candidates must have secured at least 50% aggregate in the science subject.

Lateral Entry;

• The Candidate should be an Indian National.
• Passed Diploma Course in Pharmacy with at least 45 % from an All India Council for Technical Education or Pharmacy Council of India or Central or State Government approved Institution or its equivalent.
• Any other criterion is declared from time to time by the appropriate authority as defined under the Act.
